About AmyÂ
Hi, I'm Amy!
For as long as I can remember, my body was asking for support in ways I did not always understand.

As a child, I experienced migraines and eczema. As I got older, I dealt with digestive issues, bloating, fatigue, hormone-related symptoms, anxiety, overwhelm, and seasons where I simply did not feel like myself.

I knew something felt off, but I didn't always know where to turn or what to focus on first.

Like many people, I tried to keep going. I pushed through. I searched for answers. I tried different things. And for a long time, I felt like I was piecing it all together on my own.

That experience is a big part of why I do this work today.

My search for answers eventually led me to holistic nutrition, where I began learning about the connections between food, digestion, inflammation, stress, sleep, nutrient deficiencies, hormones, and the nervous system.

After experiencing a concussion in 2020, my understanding of the body deepened even more. It led me to look more closely at the relationship between the brain, nervous system, digestion, recovery, and whole-body wellness.

But one of the biggest lessons I learned was that healing is not only about food.

Nutrition helped me understand my body.
Bodywork helped me reconnect with it.
Sound taught me how to slow down and listen to it.

That is where Aloe & Aura was born.

I created this space for people who are tired of guessing, pushing through symptoms, and feeling disconnected from their bodies.

For the people who have tried different diets, searched online, taken supplements, managed stress the best they could, and still wonder why they do not feel like themselves.

My goal is not to overwhelm you with more information or ask you to change everything at once.

My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more connected to what your body may be asking for.

Today, my work brings together nutrition, functional wellness, restorative bodywork, nervous system support, and sound healing to help people feel more connected to themselves and their health.

Each offering is different, but the intention is the same: to meet you where you are and offer support that feels thoughtful, realistic, and restorative.
I believe the body is always communicating.
Sometimes through digestion.

Sometimes through fatigue.

Sometimes through tension.

Sometimes through sleep, mood, skin, cravings, inflammation, or the feeling that you are no longer fully connected to yourself.
coming back to yourself.

My work honours the whole person —
body, mind, spirit, lifestyle, and environment.

Wherever you are starting from, I hope Aloe & Aura feels like a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin coming back to yourself.
