At Aloe & Aura, appointments, programs, workshops, and services are reserved specifically for you. We value your time and ask that you respect ours in return.

Appointments & Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service(s).
 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice of the appointment time will be billed at 100% of the booked service(s).
 

Missed appointments or no-shows will also be billed at 100% of the booked service(s).
 

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Services
 

Services already provided, including consultations, follow-up appointments, nutrition plans, wellness coaching, bodywork treatments, sound healing sessions, and related professional services, are non-refundable.
 

Functional Testing
 

Functional testing kits, laboratory testing fees, and third-party testing services are non-refundable once purchased or ordered.

If a testing kit has been shipped, processed, activated, or submitted to the laboratory, no refunds can be provided.
 

Packages & Prepaid Services
 

Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of Aloe & Aura.
 

Unused sessions may be applied toward another service of equal value where appropriate.
 

Any promotional discounts applied to a package may be adjusted if individual sessions have already been used.
 

Workshops, Classes & Events
 

Workshop, group program, retreat, corporate wellness, and private event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

If Aloe & Aura cancels an event, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future service or event.
 

Gift Certificates & Promotional Vouchers
 

Gift certificates and promotional vouchers are non-refundable, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and are subject to any stated expiration dates and terms.
 

Refund Exceptions
 

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Aloe & Aura.
